This is an interesting story.

The story is interesting because of what the article alludes to but  
does not develop.

For starters: what happened to the still-unexplained millions of  
dollars that Doug Wilder raised for the same museum in Fredericksburg?  
(no such museum is even "shovel ready" to use the new phrase for pork  
barrell spendin aka "STIMULUS".)
