The moderator deleted several previous messages on this topic that were
included in this response:

 

It is not even the issue of Nullifiation but more importantly the issue
of the Constitution. If this is not the proper form to discuss the
issues of the Constitution as related to Jefferson, Madison and a host
of other "Virginians" then what is. The issue of Nullification was
settled by Session and Civil War. The issues that apply to the 10th
Amendment are timeless and relevant.

I'll say no more on the topic if it is considered out of realm of
discussion.
