At least some of these which were listed in various Frederick County 
deeds of emancipation were published in /Magazine of Virginia Genealogy 
which is available online through Ancestry.com. See Volume 34 
(1996):152-156. Julie M. Case, /"1797 Westmoreland County, Virginia, 
Manumissions Recorded in Frederick County, Virginia."
