Phebe,
    Your right, you never know where a slave's name may  popup!
     Interestingly, as I understand it, there are  two different transcript 
abstracts of the "HITE-FAIRFAX Law Suit" one having  fewer pages than the 
other. 
    I don't know which version the Handley Library at  Winchester has in 
its collection, maybe both.
    I still haven't found my copy!
