Enjoy the sights and settings of holidays past with candlelit tours of
the National Historic Landmark, Thomas Jefferson's boyhood home of
Tuckahoe. In Goochland County on River Road, Tuckahoe is a private
residence open to the public for special tours including these on
December 6th, 7th, 13th, and 14th from 3 to 7 pm. Tickets are $10
per person, sold at the door. Come and discover this architectural
treasure that will be decorated for this festive season. The gift
shop will be open and light refreshments will be available. Candles
will be lit at dusk. For more information go to www.tuckahoeplantation.com
.
