You mean the people who sent all the gentlemen, and no workers? The ones who 
didn't send enough food to sustain the colony? The ones who sent those 
looking for quick riches instead of a sustaining colony? The ones who 
thought the Natives would be dumb enough to submit to slavery? Those people?
