Dear Mr Whitaker,
                            Many thanks for your e-mail. If you perform an 
internet search for "Canada  Theses Portal", you will find a screen offering you 
a choice of English and  French language versions. Opt for the English 
version. You will then find a  search facility. You should then seelct the 
electronic theses option. You can  find the thesis on Sandys by title or author. Once 
you have found the thesis,  click on the PDF icon and the thesis should soon 
appear on your screen where you  can save it. Good luck. With best wishes,
