"Is History History?" is the title of an interesting series of articles
that Bentley Boyd, of the Newport News Daily Press, has been publishing
for the last two months about history and about public understandings
and misunderstandings about history.

Full texts of all the articles (ten to date) can be seen at
http://www.dailypress.com/news/local/dp-history-storygallery,0,2573559.s
torygallery

Note: If your computer sometimes displays text (like mine does) so that
a long URL gets artifically broken at the end of a line, you may have to
copy the parts of the URL onto your browser separately so that there are
no spaces anywhere between the "http" part and the "storygallery" part.
