How about one of the LDS Church research areas. They have all sorts of books
and items on microfilm. 
In addition, the Brigham Young library and they have many books online.
Google BYU's library to get the URL.

Randy, I'd suggest you ask your local library to borrow it for you 
through Interlibrary Loan.

Alternatively, try finding it for sale on http://www.bookfinder.com/.   
It's a nifty metasearch engine for online booksellers -- way better 
than Amazon.
