Now, I'm done.   Mr. Tarter, please take my address off of your mailing list. 
  After several years of aggravation because this site being used as a blog 
for personal grievances, I opened my mail yet again and found it to be 
overwhelmed with.    41 messages had arrived overnight; 16 of them concerned Thomas 
Jefferson and Sally Hemings.   

Folks, none of us were there when and where they lived; and none of us knows 
what the true circumstances were.   We can't rewrite history.   

Anyway, I'm incredibly sorry that I will lose this once outstanding service 
to the study of History in Virginia.
