Tom,
Would the Library be interested in microfilming or scanning 150 issues from
the 1830's of a newspaper from Hampshire Co., Virginia (now West
Virginia)? It's another situation where the owner doesn't want to donate
the issues, but is willing to have them microfilmed or scanned.
