For distribution studies, the USGS 15' quad sheets have the locations
and names of schools shown on them. Unfortunately, their coverage
over the state isn't total. I'd thought of using Theissen polygons to
get the idealized draw areas and then alter them to reflect
topography. Maybe in the next 50 years...
