A print-on-demand version of Vol. 5 is available -- search bookfinder.com. These volumes are often not very well produced, but they usually provide the requisite material for research.

Subject: [VA-HIST] Executive Journals Vol 5
Speaking of this, Volume 5 of the Executive Journals are out of print. I need not one but two of them for (1) the Mary Ball Washington Museum & Library in Lancaster and (2) The Northern Neck of Virginia Historical Society research library in Westmoreland County. Does anyone have this and willing to part with it? I have not been able to find it on the various internet book sellers' web sites.
Also, a searchable on-line version of the Hening's _Statutes at Large_ is available at
http://vagenweb.org/hening/
The above does not include the supplements by Shepherd and Winfree.
