Thank you VERY much! Sure enough, I looked again over lunch and Levy's
note does mention an undated reprint in addition to the "Williamsburg
1775." I was more than a little suspicious, for personally I've only
seen genuine American titles of this sort for New Orleans . . .
Now I suppose serious libraries are put in that conundrum of needing to
acquire this bogus book (presumably a Virginia imprint, too) as a record
of the prank and all.
