Does anyone know of a compilation of runaway slave ads for Virginia for
the period 1840-1860? I'm looking for an ad for a woman who escaped
from Albemarle County or Charlottesville city in that time period. I've
seen "Advertisements for Runaway Slaves in Virginia, 1801-1820" (Studies
in African American History and Culture) by Daniel Meaders but I haven't
seen a source for the last decades of slavery.

Many thanks,
