Greetings all,

I have recently received a query from a high school student asking about
Thomas Jefferson's position on "dunding debts" and find that I have no idea
how to respond to this inquiry. Any help any of you can offer would be
greatly appreciated; not only do I not know what a dunding debt is, I have
no idea what Jefferson's thoughts on them are.

Please respond to me directly. Thank you.
