That's about right. It is thought that Lynchburg was drawn out using
Fredericksburg's plan, as our blocks are 2 acres, with four lots in
each block. My house is indeed on the corner of the lot, which gives
plenty of room for domestic and agricultural activities, with the
option to subdivide later.
