The name is "Roberts" .... check out the link I sent you. It's chock full
of essays and information! Yes, Lincoln was supportive, but the money to
finance the colonizations was from private donors. Liberia is now slowly
recovering from it's own civil war. Perhaps there are some interesting
parallels between the development of Liberia and the US.
