Go to www.google.com and do a search on the phrase 'Knights of the Golden
Horseshoe'. This will give you sites with histories of the original group,
the West Virginia Department of Education site on the program since 1931
honoring students for academic excellence by inducting them as members, and
putative descendant organizations.
