I promise not to try your patience as I have done so the last few days. I
had hoped to bring some levity to a very serious problem. As always, this
elicits more animosity still 150 years later.
I asked a friend of mine who is an extremely knowledgeable and wise
professor of law at a local law school. He also has numerous years of legal
corporate practice as well. This being said please see his answers. Brief
but telling.
