The Library of Virginia is pleased to announce that in connection with
its current exhibition, "Radio in Virginia," exploring the rise of radio
in Virginia through the Library's collection of documents and recordings
from the pioneering Richmond radio station WRVA, a web exhibition is now
available on the Library's web site at:
http://www.lva.lib.va.us/whoweare/exhibits/radio/index.htm
Sound recordings from the collection, when they become available later,
will be added to the site.
The exhibition can be seen in the lobby of the Library of Virginia at
800 East Broad Street in downtown Richmond, Virginia, during the hours
9:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M., Monday through Saturday, state holidays
excepted. (Please remember that the library's reading rooms
unfortunately remain closed on Mondays.)
