Don't buy. Use your public library card and ask them to bring it in on loan. At most, it might cost you a dollar or
so in postage. Seriously, this is a book that history enthusiasts should evaluate. It ranks with the classics on
mankind -- reasoning and unreasoning -- and how that translates into history, our acts.

That sounds like an interesting read. It may also explain the emotions that
crop up on this list - which often suggests to me that "The War" is still
ongoing in some minds, and will never end. I've put the book on my buy list
for next time I have some jingle in my pocket.
